Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, call us or send a WhatsApp message.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product and where you are. We handle small weekly restaurant orders as well as full truckloads. Tell us what you need and we will suggest the cheapest way to deliver it.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Greater Accra and Ashanti, with regular routes to the Central, Eastern and Western regions. We can arrange other locations for large or contract orders.

Can you supply against a tender or annual contract?

Yes. We supply schools, hospitals and public institutions on contract and tender, and we provide the specifications, delivery records and invoices that procurement teams need.

How do you guarantee quality?

Every lot is sorted and graded before packing and carries a lot code that traces back to the farm. If something in a delivery is not what we agreed, tell us straight away and we will put it right.

How do payments work?

New customers usually pay in advance or on delivery. Regular institutional and business customers can apply for credit terms. We accept bank transfer and mobile money.
